Loaded Nachos

1 plate for 3 people.

Ingredients

- 150g Cheesy Doritos
- 1 tomato
- 1.5 onion
- 2 green chillis
- Spicy siracha sauce (or equivalent)
- 100g mozzarella cheese
- 200g salsa
- Sour cream + guacamole + cheese dip

Steps to Prepare

1. Assemble Nachos

  1. Chop the vegetables.

  2. Spread out a layer of nachos (50-60% of the bag).

  3. Lay vegetables over the nachos. Use 60-70% of the veggies for the first layer, and reduce the amount used on subsequent layers. This ensures that the nachos don't become top heavy and bland later on. Spread similar quantities of salsa, cheese and siracha sauce on the first layer (in that order).

  4. Add another 2 layers, with the remaining 40-50% of the nachos and remaining toppings, in decreasing volume.
  5. Place the plate in the microwave and heat for about 2 minutes (until the mozarella cheese has melted and spread a little over the nachos).
  6. Serve the nachos along with dipping sauce of sour cream (highly recommended), guacamole and cheese dip.
